Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Conqueror Speed Skating Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through the Conqueror mobile app (parent and staff versions), our admin website, and this website. The app is provided to enrolled families and staff of the Academy only.
1. Information we collect
- Parent/guardian details: name, mobile number, and optionally email address.
- Student (child) details: name, date of birth, batch and branch, enrolment and fee details, and any notes the Academy records about the child's training, achievements and competitions.
- Attendance and leave: sessions marked present, absent, late or excused, and leave requests you submit.
- Payments: invoices, amounts paid, payment method and receipts. If you pay online, payment is processed by Cashfree; we do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. If you upload a payment screenshot as proof, we store that image.
- Photos you choose to upload: only images you select yourself (for example a payment screenshot). The app does not access your camera or gallery otherwise.
- Device information: a push-notification token for your phone, so we can send you alerts.
- Staff details: name, mobile number, role and assigned branches.
- Messages: enquiries you send us and replies from the Academy.
We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone or advertising identifiers, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
- To run the Academy: manage batches, take attendance, issue invoices and record payments.
- To keep parents informed: attendance alerts, fee reminders, payment decisions, announcements and progress notes.
- To register students for competitions, with the parent's consent.
- To log you in securely. The Academy may send you a login PIN over WhatsApp.
- To respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Children's information
The app is for parents and guardians, not for children. Children do not create accounts; their records are created by the Academy and are visible only to their own parent or guardian and to authorised Academy staff. Messages and notes about a child are reviewed and approved by an Academy approver before a parent sees them. Photos or achievements of a child are shared with other parents or published only with the parent's consent.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to operate the app, who process it on our behalf:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — secure login, database, hosting and push notifications.
- Cashfree Payments — online fee payments.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — delivery of login PINs and messages, sent from the Academy to your number.
We may share a student's name and date of birth with competition organisers and federations when you agree to enter them in an event, or disclose information when required by law.
5. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled cloud databases. Staff only see what their role and branch allow. We keep records while a student is enrolled and for as long afterwards as needed for accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
6. Your choices and rights
- View and ask us to correct your or your child's information.
- Turn off notifications in your phone settings.
- Request deletion of your account and your child's data by emailing us (below) from your registered contact, or asking at the Academy. We will act on it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (for example payment records).
- Withdraw consent for competition entries or photo use at any time.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
